The two-day forum includes discussions of the March presidential elections that were triumphant for Vladimir Putin, as well as Russia’s development, relations with Western countries and the relationship with the opposition.
Among participants of the event are former chess world champion and opposition activist Garry Kasparov, Russia’s ex-MP Ilya Ponomarev, lawyer Mark Feigin, other Russian opposition figures, journalists and experts.
This will be the fifth time the Free Russia Forum is held in Vilnius. The event takes place twice a year since 2016.
