The 32-year-old member of the embassy’s administrative and technical staff had 1.4 per mille of alcohol in his blood when his Toyota Avensis car was stopped by police at the Eigulių-Geležinio Vilko Street intersection at around 3 a.m. on Friday.
The man faces a fine of between 300 and 450 euros.
