Every year Veidas seeks to evaluate those leaders who are not only able to inspire their staff and achieve excellent financial results, but those who drive businesses towards innovation, work transparently, strengthen the country’s economy by increasing exports and share the profits with the country’s population .
The panel assessed the companies’ financial operations, innovation, competitiveness, the uniqueness of manufactured products and services, social activity and social responsibility.
Eleven candidates competed in this year‘s election. Among them – the General Manager of TEO Kęstutis Šliužas, Apranga Group Managing Director Rimantas Perveneckas, Freda Managing Director Antanas Ėmužis, the head of Aros Marine Giedrius Valainis, NFQ Group CEO Paulius Insoda, Managing Director of Snaigė Gediminas Čeika, Staticus managing director Tomas Astrauskas, Empower-Fidelitas leader Vaclovas Kirkilas and the head of Kitron Mindaugas Šeštokas.
