Lithuania scored 0.7534 points, compared t 0.7747 points in 2016. The country is part of the group of countries with a very high level of e-government development and a score over 0.75 points, the Information Society Development Committee said.
Denmark tops the index with 0.915 points, followed by Australia (0.9053 points), Korea (0.901 points), the United Kingdom (0.8999 points) and Sweden (0.8882 points). Estonia leads among the Baltic states, coming in 16th with 0.8486 points, and Latvia is 57th with 0.6996 points.
The United Nations has been carrying the survey since 2003.
