During the first quarter of this year there were over 12,000 cyber incidents in Lithuania up 13% on last year.

The Seimas, the President’s Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Armed Forces Joint Staff HQ have all been hit by attacks.

The centre will also help other Lithuanian institutions when they are under attack and specialists at the centre will make companies and institutions aware of attacks.
