Lithuania sets term of office, good repute requirement for heads of cultural institutions

The Seimas passed the respective legislative amendments on Wednesday.

The first term of office for the current heads of museums and libraries who were appointed for an indefinite period would end on June 30, 2023.

A good repute requirement will also be introduced for the heads of cultural institutions.
