Industrial production volumes in Lithuania grew by 3.9% in May on April but fell 0.2% on an annual basis.
Eurozone production was up by 0.5% year on year in May while the European Union saw production volumes rise 1.1%.
Industrial production among European Union countries has grown fastest in the last year in Slovakia, up 6%, Ireland (5.8%) and Latvia (5.1%). The biggest declines were recorded in Malta (3.7%), Bulgaria (3.3%) and Portugal (2.4%).
