“It was them who initiated the meeting. They came to present their company and share ideas. It was simply a meeting to get to know each other, and later we will provide them with various information about Kaunas, demonstrate the city’s potential for the company to decide whether they are interested in our market,” Kaunas Vice-Mayor Simonas Kairys said.
Ukraine International Airlines currently flies passengers from the country’s capital Vilnius.
The Kaunas airport has 15 routes, with another direction to Warsaw to be added in spring.
