“Once the authenticity is verified and (the document) is received, the award will be paid as promised. The condition is simple: to find and return it to the Lithuanian state. Finding information is a necessary but insufficient condition,” Darius Mockus told BNS.
“The certificate of independence must be handed to the state of Lithuania and then the award will be paid,” he said.
