Majauskas denies the accusations.
“I have not yet thought about this (departure from the parliament), I value the confidence vested in my by my electorate, I intend to proceed with the work I have been doing,” he told BNS on Tuesday.
In a press release issued earlier in the day, Majauskas said he was suspending membership in the conservative party “until all doubts are dispelled.”
