“The company understands that this topic is harmful to the Lithuanian military and is not helpful for the company and it simply agrees to not escalate this issue,” Marius Rindinas, a lawyer representing Nota Bene, told reporters on Tuesday.
He confirmed that Nota Bene agrees to return around 4,000 euros paid by the military for the kitchen utensils. However, the company declines to cancel the 174,000-euro field kitchen equipment contract, signed in 2014, as a whole as it has already been implemented.
