The number of apartment buildings renovated under the housing renovation program have reached the thousand mark this week, Housing Energy Saving Agency informs.
“Along with the renovation, which is particularly useful for the population, the construction industry recovered too, helping to create new jobs, and promote domestic spending. Our government‘s selected renovation model has stimulated all of this,“ said Lithuanian Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius.
“This week the thousandth apartment building has been renovated. Soon the so-called block renovation will pick up a pace, it will cover not only renovation of individual apartments but also improvement of life quality in the whole quarters,” said Algirdas Butkevičius.
