“(Benefits) will be increased on Jan. 1, 2019 by more than 10 euros, possibly to about 50-60 euros,” Skvernelis told reporters.
“It’s too early to speak because we don’t have (next year’s) budget yet,” he added.
Starting this year, each child in Lithuania receives a monthly allowance of 30 euros.
Large families and those on low income paid some extra money and receive a total of 58.5 euros per child aged up to two years and 45.2 euros per child over two.
