Student apartment rents up by 10%

Students coming to study to Vilnius and Kaunas will have to pay up to 10% more in rents than last year.

Real estate agents admit that Vilnius landlords are charging about 5% more compared to last summer.

In Kaunas, Lithuania’s second city with one of the highest proportion of student population in the country, rents grew between 5% and 10%.
