This applies to both private and public ones. <…> Those who are already attending schools will not be asked to leave. When a child comes to kindergarten, he will have to provide a doctor’s certificate. If, in that column, at the part about vaccines, it will be written that a child has not been vaccinated against polio, measles and rubella, he or she will not be admitted to preschool.”
