“Such a meeting is tentatively being arranged,” Daiva Ulbinaitė, spokeswoman for Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė, told BNS on Tuesday.

The Estonian public broadcaster ERR was the first to report that diplomats were preparing for a meeting between the US president and his Baltic counterparts.

Diplomats say that the meeting is likely to take place in the first half of next year.

Trump’s predecessor, Barack Obama, also usually held joint meetings with all three Baltic presidents.
