The flights will be operated twice a week from 14 September.
In all, Wizz Air will operate flights from Lithuania to 21 destinations in 12 countries.
The company previously had operated flights to Kiev but they were stopped in April 2014.
Wizz Air started operating in Lithuania four years ago.
