The group will include 76 students and 17 lecturers and researchers from China, Germany, Turkey, Slovakia, Italy, Austria, Georgia, Finland, Ukraine, Russia and other countries, Lithuania’s Ministry of Education and Science said on Monday.
The foreigners will come for a four-week course at different times to learn Lithuanian at Vytautas Magnus University, Vilnius University, the Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences, Klaipėda University and LCC International University.
The visitors will not only learn Lithuanian but will also get acquainted with Lithuania’s history and culture, as well as visit important sites in the country.
