“This film is like a great literary work – it uses sophisticated technique to investigate time, memory and the meaning of home. The jury also evaluated the cinematic quality of the film – camera work and plotting which brings the magic of everyday moments effectively and with great creative vision,” said the international jury during the presentation of the film.

In 2012, Žickytė premièred her début feature-length documentary “How We Played the Revolution” at Sheffield Doc/Fest.

The international documentary film festival Sheffield Doc/Fest is the third largest documentary film festival in the world and the largest one in Britain. It has been held since 1994.
