At a ceremony at the Lithuanian President’s Office, the two delegations signed a bilateral treaty on completion of legal formation of the mutual border.
The document is yet to be ratified by the Lithuanian parliament.
The Lithuania-Poland state border was finalized in 1996, however, the treaty envisaged an additional legal agreement that would legally finalize the process of establishment of the state border.
