Lithuania produced quarter of its electricity from wind power

The volume of power produced in wind power plants did not change much in a year as in Q1 of 2014 the volume stood at 177 GWh. In 2014, Lithuania’s wind power plants produced a total of 636 GWh.

Currently, the total installed power capacity of all wind turbines operating in Lithuania is 282 MW.
