“One of the nearest tasks is to establish the Institute of Pedagogy for us as a ministry and as a state to have a brain centre that would coordinate programmes, the workload for schoolchildren. We definitely need such a centre, without one we would not be able to move forward,” the minister told the Žinių Radijas news radio on Tuesday.
