The Lithuanian government issued bonds on Monday worth €25 million with the average return of 0.041%.
Nasdaq Vilnius, which handled the emission, says that investors lent to Lithuania for between 0.02% and 0.05%.
The latest bond emission matures in three years, that is, on June 1, 2019.
The Lithuanian government last borrowed on May 9. The average return on the bonds were 0.854%.
