Lithuanian municipal elections proposed on 1 March

Parliament Speaker Loreta Graužinienė has registered a draft resolution Regarding 2015 Elections to Municipal Councils.

Following amendments to Lithuanian electoral laws, voters will also be directly electing mayors for the first time.
