Dobilinskas is replacing technical director Valerijus Adomonis, who had been temporarily heading the company since late June but refused to continue in the post.
Dobilinskas up to now has been working as deputy director of the Investment Department at the Infrastructure Directorate of Lithuanian Railways.
The Lithuanian Shipping Company has also announced that on 4 August a verbal agreement was reached with the Lithuanian Railways regarding a loan of up to EUR 3 million. The loan agreement is planned to be signed on 5 August.
