Valdas Sutkus, member of the board, has confirmed that Rimvydas Vastakas would temporary replace Zadeika as the head of the Group.
The meeting elected Kęstutis Balutis as the chairman of the board and Sutkus as the deputy chairman. Both Sutkus and Balutis represent the main shareholder of Achema Group – Lyda Lubienė, who also is a member of the board.
Achema Group is a local capital company. The concern includes over 50 companies based in Lithuania and abroad and employs a staff of approximately 5,000.
Achema Group was established in 2001.
