It is planned that the Polish-language book named “Okinczyc. Vilnius Authority. A Story of Free Lithuania” will be published in the Lithuanian language this autumn, when Okinczyc, an advisor to Lithuania’s former President Valdas Adamkus, will mark his 60th birthday.
