Prices for new-build properties in Lithuania dropped by 5.2% over the quarter while prices for existing properties edged down by 1%.
The fall in prices followed three successive quarters of rising prices.
On an annual basis, residential property prices were up 3.3% on the same period last year, marking the ninth consecutive quarter of growth in prices on year-on-year basis.
