Biden Center of Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the Pennsylvania University, etc.
According to the review of national security threats issued by the Lithuanian State Security Department and the Second Investigations Department under the Defence Ministry on Monday, Russia’s aggressive intentions and actions are the main threat to Lithuania’s national security.
