It will take place under the name Summerburst Baltics, June 11-12 in Vilnius’ Vingis Park. Live Nation Lithuania will promote the event. The première will be headlined by David Guetta and Kygo.
It will be the largest event of its kind in the Baltics, according to Live Nation. Festival director Deividas Afarjanc of Live Nation Lithuania promises “two days and nights of the best electronic dance music from the world‘s biggest DJs and artists”.
Summerburst launched in Stockholm Stadium in 2011, and expanded to Gothenburg a year after. It still takes place in both cities, this year May 27-28 at Ullevi stadium in Gothenburg, and June 10-11 at Stockholm’s Gärdet Open Air Venue.
