At the Munich Security Conference in February, US Secretary of State John Kerry announced that the sanctions on Russia would continue until all of the conditions of the Minsk agreement, drafted to end the conflict in Eastern Ukraine, were met.
In an official statement, the Kremlin indicated that it “regrets” the US’ decision.
