Ernst & Young: Baltics attracted more investment projects last year

Last year’s investment projects created 30 percent more new jobs than the investments projects of the previous year. According to information, the number of new jobs created in the Baltics last year as part of these investments projects was 4,418.

Latvia attracted 24 percent more investment projects last year than the previous year, Lithuania – 18 percent more, while Estonia saw a 17-percent drop in investment projects from the previous year.

Lithuania attracted most new investment projects in the Baltics last year – 39 percent, followed by Latvia – 36 percent, and Estonia – 26 percent.
