French president expected to visit Lithuania next year

“We agreed to meet in Lithuania next year!” Grybauskaitė wrote on her Facebook page and posted a photo showing her speaking to Macron.

Živilė Didžgalvienė, an advisor to the Lithuanian president, confirmed to BNS that the heads of state had spoken about a visit, but added that an exact date was yet to be set.

Macron and Grybauskaitė on Friday are taking part in an EU summit in the Estonian capital.
