Lithuania signs USD 0.5bn deal with Israeli weapon maker

The total worth of the deal is about USD 500 million.

The new weapons stations and the missiles called “Spike” will be installed in the recently 88 Boxer APCs that Lithuania recently bought from Germany.

The weapon stations will include a 30 mm cannon and a 7.62 mm machine gun. Moreover, the missile launchers will be installed on the weapon stations that will be able to launch the “Spike” missiles. According to the publications of “Rafael”, those missiles are able to hit a target from a distance of four kilometres.
