Speaking at a meeting of OSCE ministers in New York, the Lithuanian diplomacy chief stated that strategic discussions are needed on collective instruments, which would be applied in case of a military aggression by one OSCE country against another OSCE member-state.

“What is extremely alarming is that alleged violations of ethnic minority rights are used to justify military aggression of one OSCE member-state against another sovereign OSCE country,” Linkevičius said in a press release.
