The exercise will include 100 troops from the United States, 50 from Poland, 40 from Sweden, 20 from Norway, 15 from Ukraine and Georgia, 10 from Denmark and the United Kingdom, and five from Latvia.
The Lithuanian government is expected to approve a decree drafted by the Ministry of National Defence for the military exercise in May that will include up to 265 people.
Flaming Sword is an annual exercise of special operation forces hosted by Lithuania.
