EC to discipline France on posted workers wage regulation

The European Commission (EC) intends to send an official letter to France on Thursday, notifying the country about the initiation of an infringement procedure in connection to its laws that puts foreign carriers working in its territory to pay the same wages that are paid to French drivers, EC member Elzbieta Bienkowska in charge of internal market said in Vilnius on Thursday.
