It took the Lithuanian less time to run around 5,000 kilometres than he planned. He started on 19 June and planned to finish on 27 August.
The man wanted to become the first Lithuanian to have run the distance across the US and demonstrate man’s powers as well as to beat the previous record of running from Los Angeles to New York, recorded in 2011. He now hopes to get into the Guinness World Records.
