The costs incurred by the Lithuanian Armed Forces in connection to serving the NATO troops three meals a day and fuel will be fully covered by the delegating countries. The costs should total about 5-6 million euros a year, calculations suggest.

The Norfa and Aibe supermarkets in Rukla are convinced that the battalion’s troops will help raise sales and, consequently, profits. According to the daily, the stores consider hiring additional staff to answer the new needs.
