Moldova’s gives highest state award to President Grybauskaitė

The award to the Lithuanian president is given for her personal contribution to strengthening bilateral relations between Lithuania and Moldova and her continued support for Moldova’s European integration.

Last year, on 20 November, another Order of the Republic was awarded to Polish and Ukrianian presidents, Bronislaw Komorowski and Petro Poroshenko.
