Based on preliminarily data of the Centre of Registers, 7,900 real estate transactions were recorded in March, by 15.8 percent more compared to February, but by 23.7 percent fewer than in March 2014.
Although the activity of buyers was not as high as last year in most property market segments, but growth rate characteristic of early spring was even.
638 houses were sold in March, i.e. by 27.1 percent more compared to February, but by 23.5 percent fewer compared to March 2014. Transactions of flats were a bit more sluggish in March, with 2,223 flats sold – by 13.4 percent more compared to February, but by 27.3 percent fewer compared to March 2014.
Buyers continued to show little interest in summer houses, with 64 purchased in March 2015, compared to 224 in March 2014.
3,928 land plots were sold in March, a 16.3 percent increase compared to February, but by 22 percent fewer compared to March 2014.
In the first month of spring only the sales of non-residential buildings declined by 16.7 percent.
