Reorganisation of the bank Finasta AB and financial brokerage firm Finasta AB, merging these companies with Šiaulių Bankas by acquisition, can be closed only upon receiving permission from the supervisory authorities. Therefore, after receiving consent from the Bank of Lithuania, Šiaulių Bankas and the companies subject to reorganising, i.e., the bank Finasta AB and financial brokerage firm Finasta AB, will apply to the Bank of Lithuania as required by the laws asking to grant permission for reorganisation.
