Bekešius met Goodwill at the Lithuanian embassy in London on Monday morning, Goodwill’s first day in office.
Lithuania’s Ambassador to the UK Asta Skaisgirytė-Liaukšienė said last week that British law enforcement were investigating a dozen cases of attacks against Lithuanian nationals.
Bekešius is also scheduled to meet Lithuanian expatriate community members.
