The Lithuanian capital’s local authority decided to name the square next to Viršuliškių and Juozo Rutkausko streets after Finland back in the summer 2017, but the official opening ceremony will be held on Thursday.
Finland this year celebrates 100 years since it declared independence from Russia on December 6, 1917.
