The four detainees are Latvian nationals.
The crew was detained on Saturday after the pilot, the co-pilot, and two flight attendants were found to be intoxicated with blood alcohol levels above permissible limits.
Blood tests show that the pilot had 0.4 per mille of alcohol in his bloodstream, but the co-pilot – 1.2, a police prosecutor told NTB.
The four had been drinking on Friday, and the 50-year-old pilot told the court it “was a mistake that had ruined his family’s future”.
He and the co-pilot, 38, however, appealed the Norwegian district court’s decision that they be held in custody for two weeks.
Both flight attendants showed 0.4 and 0.8 alcohol levels in their blood.
