Tusk, the former prime minister of Poland who presides over meetings of the EU’s top leaders, is scheduled to meet with President Dalia Grybauskaitė, according to his official agenda. He is coming to Vilnius from the Latvian capital Riga and will proceed to Estonia’s capital Tallinn from there.

The European Council president is due to also visit Ireland and Sweden this week as part of the tour which is dedicated to preparations for the EU summit to be held in Slovakia in mid-September.

The top-level meeting should include a discussion on the EU’s course after Brexit, as well as the migration crisis and domestic security challenges after the ISIS attacks that have ripped through Europe.
