Foreign Minister holding breakfast of EU colleagues with Kremlin’s critic

The meeting will be closely connected with the human rights issue envisaged on the agenda of the ministers, which will be discussed with participation of the EU’s special envoy, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry said.

Kara-Murza has reported two attempts to poison him. He has lately been living in the United States.

During the meeting in Luxembourg, the EU ministers should also discuss issues of Iran, North Korea and Turkey.
