In Lithuania, the ratio of women in top posts accounted for 41 percent of all leaders in 2014, with more female leaders reported in Estonia (42 pct), Ireland (43 pct), Poland and Bulgaria (44 pct each) and Latvia (53 pct).
The salaries made by men in top positions in Lithuania were 18.8 percent above those of women in 2014. The rate was below the EU average where the difference between male and female salaries made 23.4 percent.
According to Eurostat figures, the difference between executive salaries was 17.6 percent in Latvia and 25.6 percent in Estonia.
