The total value of direct investment into the three projects will be around 90 million euros, the ministry said, adding that the projects are planned to be completed through Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
The ministry hopes to attract the attention of foreign investors.
The tender for all three objects will be announced in early 2019 and contracts with investors will be signed in late 2020.
All the three military facilities will have barracks, canteens, welfare, medical, equipment maintenance facilities, and other services a military infrastructure requires.
A public consultation conference is planned to be held by the Ministry of National Defense in late October to introduce the project.
