Retailers to be fined for selling energy drinks to minors in Lithuania

The amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences stipulates fines of 200-400 litas (EUR 57-115) for the sale of energy drinks to under-18s. If other people bought energy drinks to minors, they would be fined 50-200 litas.

The new rules will come into force in November.
